Xenarc Technologies provides 1-year limited warranty for all of its products and 1.5-year limited warranty on most Monitor products.  Monitors can be serviced and/or repaired at a fee after the warranty period.  In the event that a defective item needs to be returned for service or exchange, please download the RMA request form below, fill it out completely, fax it to us (714-546-3418) or e-mail it us (rma@xenarc.com) along with a copy of invoice or sales receipt, then we will issue you an RMA #.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and well packaged.  Returned products should be shipped to the following address:

Please keep shipping and insurance information, including tracking number, until your account has been credited or replacement/repaired product is received. If we determine that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, we reserve the right not to repair or replace.

NOTE: Any Xenarc Technologies products that have been purchased from an UNAUTHORIZED dealer (Including, but not limited to - traditional retailer, mail order outlet, or online dealer) OR if the original factory warranty seal has been removed, defaced or replaced in any way WILL NOT be honored or serviced under the existing Xenarc warranty policy. Xenarc is aware of instances in which refurbished models and/or discontinued models of our monitors not intended for sale in the U.S. have been sold at a steep discount, yet still sold as new. If you are purchasing from an UNAUTHORIZED dealer, you may be purchasing a refurbished or B-Grade unit not covered under warranty and in which we WILL NOT service or provide any type of support. Xenarc Technologies sells premium products only through authorized retail and online channels to insure that Xenarc customers obtain quality pre-sale and after-sale support and service. PROTECT YOUR WARRANTY, buy from an authorized Xenarc dealer or authorized on-line dealer, (if your are not sure whether a dealer is authorized, please contact us).  All brand new, A-Grade Xenarc products has a XENARC Laser Hologram Sticker.
