Listening to visitors to its site, Xenarc Technologies has implemented easier navigation tools, including a product selector built from the ground up, as well as customer support tools, including a completely online based RMA system for dealing with product support and replacement.  Product catalogs, manuals, and drivers are also all available for download in the new, easy to use interface, and product user videos are also on their way.
